  1. Academic Board will constitute members of various departments.

  2. Administrative Department will consist of all the secretaries (Pre-school, Primary, Junior High and all those who work in the office (that is; Joseph Engmann, Gloria Partey, Alfred Sanniez, Esther Okley and Juliana Badu, the Liberian,.

  3. The above team, constituting members of Board of Directors, members of Management and Heads of various departments will meet once every month (that is the first Thursday of
    every month).

  4. The BOD together with some parents will assess, evaluate and appraise various
    departments.  However, heads of the various departments should also do same at their departments.

  • Although heads of academics in charge of Cambridge, head of finance and accounts are not members of management, they should be present at all management meetings. 

 

  • The head of Programmes and Extra Curricular Activities can only attend the management meeting when invited.
