July Newsletter

Dear Valued Parent,

END OF ACADEMIC YEAR/VACATION

Praise ye the Lord.  Praise ye the Lord from the Heavens:  praise Him in the heights.  Praise ye Him, all his angels: praise ye Him, all his hosts. For this cause we the angels of this part of the world join hands with the hosts of angels above to thank our Lord Jesus Christ for keeping, guiding and protecting our staff, pupils and students throughout this academic year.

The academic year saw transformation and enhancement and we express our appreciation and gratitude to our lovely parents for their prayers, support and co-operation with the children and the school.  The school breaks for summer holidays tomorrow, July 12, 2012 at 14:00 hours and resumes on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 for normal academic work.

CHILDREN’S END-OF-YEAR PARTY [“OUR DAY”]

There will be children’s end-of-year party on the day of vacation [July 12, 2012].  Children are expected to bring along food and drinks for themselves and their friends. They should be in their party dresses on this day.  Dresses should be decent.

PICKING AND DISCUSSION OF CHILDREN’S EXAM REPORTS

As per the school calendar of activities, parents are expected to pick their children’s report and other materials on the day of vacation (July 12, 2012).  However, parents who still owe fees will not be allowed to pick these materials till all arrears are settled.

FINANCIAL POLICY

The policy that parents are permitted to pay at least 75% of the termly fees ON the day or BEFORE school reopens and the remainder on the resumption of school after mid-term break is still in force.  We encourage parents to help the school, not only stand on its feet but also make strides through their prompt payment as per the policy.  When fees are withheld for whatever reasons, when they are due for payments, that makes the school unable to carry out its programme of giving the best education to your wards. Parents are being reminded once again that as from next trimester all fees should be paid into the school accounts at any branch of Cal Bank Ghana Limited and the deposit slip returned to the account office for receipt.  Account numbers:

GH¢ account - 131018502717
USD account - 051028502714
