Dear Valued Parent,

END-OF-ACADEMIC YEAR VACATION

The school breaks for summer holiday at 14:00hrs on 19TH July, 2018 and will resume on 11th September, 2018 for intensive academic work.

CHILDREN’S END OF YEAR PARTY [“OUR DAY”]

There will be children’s end of year party on the day of vacation Thursday, 19th July, 2018. Children are expected to bring along enough food and drinks for themselves and their friends. They should be in their decent party dresses (no short skirt, trousers or shorts for girls) on this day. 

PICKING AND DISCUSSION OF CHILDREN’S EXAMS REPORTS

As per the school calendar of activities, parents are required to pick the reports, bills and other related materials of their children on THURSDAY,  19th July, 2018.  

GRADUATION CEREMONY

The school will hold its 17th Annual Speech and Graduation Ceremony on Saturday, 21ST July, 2018. Kindly take note of the following details:

We urge parents and guardians to attend this historic event in their numbers.

BOOKS

We wish to inform parents that books/stationery for the 2018/2019 academic year will be on sale from 28th August, 2018.

ADMISSION VACANCIES

 

Parents are kindly reminded that there are admission vacancies from pre-school through to the Secondary department. Interested parents and their friends/associates who wish to enroll their children in any of our departments could pick forms at the main office for the admission formalities. 

BOARDING FACILITY

The boarding house is admitting children from third grade to secondary. Details of this boarding programme can be obtained from the main office or from HELENA on 0243 652 305.

SUMMER SCHOOL [“SUMMER SKUUL”]

Summer School will be organized for children and students in all departments.  Registration for the programme begins on the TUESDAY, 24th July, 2018. Kindly contact the accounts department on
0209 834 890 for further information. Fees for the summer school programme will be quite moderate to enable all interested children participate.
