Newsletter - February 2020

19th February, 2020

We do formally remind parents and guardians that the mid-trimester break begins at 14:00hours on Thursday, February 20, 2020 and ends on Monday, February 24, 2020.  Normal academic work will resume in earnest on Tuesday, February 25, 2020.

The mid-trimester test papers and their accompanying reports will be released to the parents on Thursday, February 20, 2020.  Teachers have been instructed to give out the unclaimed reports to pupils at the close of day, Thursday, February 20, 2020.  Parents who cannot claim the said reports directly from the teachers should request their children to bring their reports home at the close of day.

As stated on the calendar of activities, we do so remind parents/guardians that the fee payment policy which is in full force enjoins them to make FULL PAYMENT OF FEES upon resumption from mid-term break (February 25, 2020).

In view of the above directive, wards of defaulting parents will not be allowed entry into the school till full payment of fees is made.  Parents are therefore advised to start making payment now.

The conduct of Mock exams will continue to hold sway in this school, especially with classes being prepared for external exams.  It is worth suggesting strongly that parents/guardians should make time to go over the marked scripts of their wards.  This, we hope, will keep parents abreast of the progress their wards make.  Parents who have the contact numbers of the subject teachers should not hesitate to call on the latter when there is the need for clarifications.  Together we are into this and are determined to make our candidates excel in all competitive examinations.

Thank you.

- Principal
